About the role
- Legal role managing consumerist and civil cases with flexible hybrid work arrangements. Focused on client satisfaction and integrity at vezzilapolla.legal.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation matters;
- Drafting all pleadings, motions and other case documents for the portfolio;
- Entering and maintaining information in the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
- Performing other routine tasks related to the portfolio.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate studies in the practice area are a plus;
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure;
- Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Able to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
