About the role

• Legal role managing consumerist and civil cases with flexible hybrid work arrangements. Focused on client satisfaction and integrity at vezzilapolla.legal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation matters;
• Drafting all pleadings, motions and other case documents for the portfolio;
• Entering and maintaining information in the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
• Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
• Performing other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate studies in the practice area are a plus;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure;
• Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Able to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
