Responsibilities
- Finance Leadership: Working closely with the CFO, lead the finance team day-to-day, owning and delivering on finance priorities
- Support in execution of M&A and corporate finance
- Financial Control and Management: Own and deliver all management reporting and board-level financial insights
- Ensure financial systems, controls, and tools support scalable growth
- Implement appropriate cost control policies and suggest new approaches to margin improvement
- Financial Planning and Commercial Finance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting across the business
- Drive margin and profit improvement, with a hands-on approach
- Partner with operations and project teams to optimise pricing, efficiency and resourcing of our projects

Requirements
- Proven finance leadership experience in a management consultancy, consultancy-based marketing services, or other time-based professional services business
- Demonstrated success in improving finance process efficiency and in a finance business partner, FP&A or commercial finance role
- Track record of contributing at a senior level
- Experience in M&A, fundraising, strategic planning and international operations is beneficial
- Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and innovation-led setting
- Strong technical grounding with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
