- Conduct deep-dive investigations into various systems to determine which process improvements will provide the most significant time and cost savings
- Coordinate with the US-based engineering team to ensure your automation proposals solve current operational bottlenecks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of professional work experience
- Significant experience in Networking and knowledge of Network Automation
- Functional knowledge of scripting and database management to develop integrated technical solutions
- Analytical experience: The ability to look at complex technical datasets and identify patterns that suggest a need for a new automation
- The ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems to gather data for process reviews
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US Day shift
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is even better
- Experience interpreting existing automation scripts to improve or expand their functionality
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira to track development lifecycles
- The ability to explain technical process changes to both end-users and global stakeholders
