Responsibilities
The Product Owner (PO) will be responsible for leading the innovation strategy and advancing the customer journey through AI initiatives and active experimentation (POCs).
Your main challenge will be to define the product vision by deeply understanding customer needs and converting hypotheses into actionable, testable experiments.
This professional will act as the bridge between stakeholders, finance, and the technical team, ensuring AI solutions are technically feasible, financially viable, and deliver measurable business results.
Enabling AI POCs: Actively participate in the innovation squad, understanding customer needs and ensuring the technical execution of experiments.
Storytelling and Results: Create executive presentations that clearly demonstrate the success (or learnings) of completed POCs.
Strategic Prioritization: Conduct prioritization meetings with the executive board, ensuring the squad focuses on the highest-impact initiatives.
Market Analysis: Technically evaluate AI vendors and solutions in partnership with technical leadership, ensuring the best choice for the business.
360° Viability View: Ensure every new idea has a structured Canvas that includes financial and technical information before entering development.
Opportunity Capture: "Sit with the business" and end customers to mine for new opportunities to apply artificial intelligence across the journey.
Requirements

Executive Communication: Ability to deliver high-impact presentations to the board, translating technical POC results into business value.
Negotiation and Critical Judgment: Analytical capability to evaluate vendors and prioritize the backlog based on return potential and feasibility.
Experimentation Mindset: Resilience to work within the "fail fast" cycle and continuous learning typical of innovation squads.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Initiative to engage across Planning, Finance, and Operations areas.
AI and POC Management: Experience leading Proof of Concept cycles from conception to results analysis and scale/stop decisions.
Product Discovery and Innovation Frameworks: Proficiency with techniques such as AI Canvas, Lean Canvas and value mapping to structure new initiatives.
Feasibility Assessment (Business Case): Ability to align with planning and finance teams to validate technical feasibility and ROI for each POC.
Vendor Management: Skill in evaluating market solutions (AI vendors) together with the Squad Technical Lead.
Assessment and Diagnostics: Experience conducting assessments with operations to identify bottlenecks and new opportunities for intelligent automation.
Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience with backlog prioritization rituals and strategic alignment meetings with executives.
