Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales & account team on discovery & confirmation sessions with prospective customers to identify needs, existing processes, opportunities for improvement and success criteria.
Map complex workflows and design tailored solutions that align with technical and business objectives.
Develop testing & evaluation plans for our data solutions with prospective customers and sales team.
Conduct robust data analyses and translate analytical results into external presentations and stories for prospective customers.
Lead the presentation of data evaluations virtually and in-person with executive stakeholders at large corporations.
Be recognized as a technical expert for our solutions by internal and external stakeholders.
Provide post-sale implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless hand-offs to post-sale teams.
Collect market feedback to inform cross-functional team efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, innovation, and growth within the business.
Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Solutions Consulting team and all of its team members
Requirements
3+ years' experience in an external facing role within Solutions Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, or Analytics for a DAAS, SAAS or other complex, analytic, information-based solutions.
Highly self-motivated & proven track record of high performance.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and in particular Excel, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Comfortability working with and analyzing large data sets (millions of rows of data).
Proficiency in Snowflake, Salesforce.com, Tableau, SQL, AWS, and the Value Selling Framework is all a plus
