About the role
- Prozessmanager optimizing central banking processes including Payment, Cards, and Online Banking. Involves team coordination and cross-departmental optimization projects in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Koordination interdisziplinärer Prozessteams und aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungsprojekten.
- Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Bankprozesse – insbesondere in Payment-, Karten- und Online-Banking-Prozessen.
- Dokumentation & Modellierung: Pflege der Prozesslandschaft und Darstellung von Prozessen.
- Administration IT-gestützter Prozesse sowie Betreuung prozessrelevanter Systeme.
- Datenbasierte Prozessoptimierung und Unterstützung bei der Abfrage, Analyse und Visualisierung prozessbezogener Daten.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT o. ä.) oder eine Bankausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung.
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld oder im Prozessmanagement.
- Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis, prozessuale Denkweise und Interesse an Bankprozessen.
- Hohe IT-Affinität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der eigenständigen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Lust auf bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
