Responsibilities
Lead and maintain Teva’s Evergreen and Microsoft's Evergreen governance framework
Manage governance routines that align the dynamic M365 application suite with legal, compliance, and privacy expectations
Ensure the Digital Workforce COE governance model is consistently applied across M365 services
Oversee day‑to‑day operational excellence for all major M365 applications
Support and guide 365 Application Admins and Power Platform administrators
Lead structured M365 change‑control processes aligned with Teva IT procedures
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure alignment of M365 applications with enterprise security requirements.
Support automation and standardization of platform and application asset discovery and management within the CMDB.
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365 preferred)
Experience with IT governance, lifecycle management, or SaaS operations
Strong knowledge of M365 applications, security, and compliance frameworks
Experience working in global, cross‑functional enterprise environments
Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Purview, and DLP capabilities.
Familiarity with CMDB integration and evergreen management.
