Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain Teva’s Evergreen and Microsoft's Evergreen governance framework
- Manage governance routines that align the dynamic M365 application suite with legal, compliance, and privacy expectations
- Ensure the Digital Workforce COE governance model is consistently applied across M365 services
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational excellence for all major M365 applications
- Support and guide 365 Application Admins and Power Platform administrators
- Lead structured M365 change‑control processes aligned with Teva IT procedures
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure alignment of M365 applications with enterprise security requirements.
- Support automation and standardization of platform and application asset discovery and management within the CMDB.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Experience with IT governance, lifecycle management, or SaaS operations
- Strong knowledge of M365 applications, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in global, cross‑functional enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Purview, and DLP capabilities.
- Familiarity with CMDB integration and evergreen management.
