About the role

  • Track and manage project invoicing and reporting for State Street. Liaison with finance teams, vendors, and project managers, enhancing executive reporting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Track and review invoicing from vendors
  • Facilitate client re-billing via complex tracking of multiple source documents
  • Act as liaison with finance teams, procurement, vendors, and project managers
  • Maintain and deliver monthly and quarterly Project Office executive reports to Management
  • Create and enhance executive reporting via industry standard tools such as Power BI
  • Support Project resource tracking and planning
  • Maintenance of procedure documents as required

Requirements

  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills
  • Typically candidate will have approximately 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
