About the role

  • Mentoring continuous improvement projects at Motiva, a mobility infrastructure leader in Brazil. Ensuring methodological alignment and consistent evolution across processes and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor continuous improvement projects, ensuring methodological alignment and consistent progress.
  • Train employees in continuous improvement methodologies, promoting technical and practical upskilling.
  • Ensure the sustainability and maintenance of results achieved by implemented projects.
  • Identify and propose improvement initiatives based on process analysis and opportunity assessment.
  • Lead Lean transformation journeys across the Shared Services Center (CSC) process streams, acting as a guardian of the methodology, providing challenges and insights, and supporting team and process stream leadership.
  • Prioritize critical topics and conduct project kickoffs together with involved stakeholders.
  • Research innovative ideas and market references to incorporate best practices into projects.
  • Lead follow-up and planning meetings, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports with key performance indicators to monitor projects.
  • Apply project maturity assessments after action plan execution to identify improvements.
  • Use the project matrix to define priorities and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Organize and lead events and meetings tailored to diverse, defined audiences.
  • Participate in benchmarking initiatives, fostering internal and external knowledge exchange.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Industrial/Production Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Certification in management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – Green Belt, PDCA)
  • Certifications in management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Lean, Kaizen, PMBOK/PMP, among others)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and automation tools (data and analytics)
  • Project management experience, digital solutions implementation, and familiarity with relevant technologies
