Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and filing of accurate, timely SEC reports with clear disclosures
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly and year-end financial reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases
- Ensure SOX controls are maintained and work closely with audit and legal teams
- Keep the external reporting process smooth and compliant
- Partner across teams in a fast-paced public-company environment
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of SEC reporting and technical accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with DFIN or similar SEC reporting tools preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
