About the role

  • Paid Media Manager in a marketing agency focused on performance marketing. Improving e-commerce campaign efficiency and managing a portfolio of 5-10 retail clients.

Responsibilities

  • This is a highly technical performance marketing role focused on improving the visibility, efficiency and profitability of e-commerce campaigns through feed optimisation and Google Shopping strategy.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring product data is structured correctly, feeds are fully optimised, and campaigns are continuously tested and improved to drive CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
  • This role sits within an established paid media team and reports into the Head of Paid Media, managing a portfolio of 5–10 e-commerce clients ranging from specialist retailers to large online stores.

Requirements

  • Strong e-commerce experience , covering the full process from feed creation to campaign optimisation
  • Must have hands-on experience managing product feeds , including: Feed rule creation Ongoing management and optimisation Use of Google Merchant Centre and tools like Shoptimised
  • Should be confident running paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Magento experience is essential , with a solid understanding of how it differs from platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
  • Needs a mix of technical expertise and client-facing skills
  • Able to clearly explain strategies and actions
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  • Strong knowledge of tracking and attribution , especially: Server-side tracking Meta Conversion API (preferred) Google Merchant API (nice to have)
