About the role

  • Payroll accountant managing payroll for E-Commerce and service clients. Focused on digital processes and client interaction in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of established clients (focus: online retail & service providers)
  • Prepare monthly payroll and salary statements
  • Handle statutory reporting and certification processes
  • Prepare ongoing financial accounting
  • Reconcile and post e‑commerce payment flows

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in payroll accounting in a tax consultancy/tax firm
  • Confident user of DATEV (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen and Lohn & Gehalt)
  • Enjoy client contact AND digital workflows
