Responsibilities
Onboarding new participants: You welcome new members, explain the first steps of our program, and make the onboarding process easy.
Creating individual concepts: You develop tailored concepts for our participants and present them during a strategy meeting.
Supporting participants through to shop launch: You help them overcome technical hurdles, set up their shop correctly, and achieve their goals.
Collecting feedback, reviews, and success stories: You ensure our participants' successes are made visible—both internally and externally.
Further developing our programs: You actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our programs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify (e.g., through personal Shopify projects, agency work, or at an e‑commerce company).
Ability to explain technical Shopify questions in an understandable way.
Structured, self-driven working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
A passion for helping people progress—whether one-on-one or through the community.
Experience with coaching, educational formats, or community management is a plus.
