About the role

  • Join our team as a Supply Planner optimizing stock levels and balancing product availability in Bucharest. Drive efficiency in supply chain operations with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Balance Product Availability with Cost Optimization - Focus on process adherence and operational discipline to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Lead and Prepare Core Processes - Manage exception handling, deployment, additional volume requests, inventory policies, non-performing inventory management, phase-in phase-out, as well as Sales & Operations meeting preparation.
  • Serve as a Key Interface - Act as the single point of contact between category, cluster, and plants, ensuring seamless day-to-day and weekly planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical analysis and critical thinking abilities, proficient in ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with English fluency required.
  • Experience in integrated supply chain and supply planning, with FMCG industry experience preferred.
