Sales Assistant Intern assisting sales team with competitive pricing strategies in travel sector. Collaborating within the International Sales Department to enhance flash sales offers and analysis.
Responsibilities
Working within the Travel Business Unit and more specifically with the International Sales Department.
As part of an internship, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in their efforts to make their offer more competitive, particularly in terms of pricing through benchmarking.
Core mission: Price benchmark support to help sales reps negotiate and validate products within flash sales (with the help of scrapping tools / robots).
Weekly competitive analysis of products and prices.
Help in setting certain flash sales parameters (marketing filters, etc.).
Support in managing sales contracts with partners.
Backup/support for salespeople as needed.
Ad-hoc business analysis.
Backup/support for content team as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
You are organized, rigorous, dynamic and have good interpersonal skills.
You like to measure the effectiveness of your actions and show initiative, and have an eye for detail.
You are comfortable with figures and have an analytical mind.
You have a good command of office automation tools, particularly Excel (pivot tables and graphs).
Team spirit, willingness to listen, availability and versatility will be key to the success of this internship.
