About the role

  • Coordinator for Project and Supply Support at Veepee optimizing procurement processes and leading training site redevelopment while collaborating with various teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • As Project Coordinator and Procurement Support at Veepee, you will play a central role in optimizing procurement-related processes.
  • You will also participate in a project to redesign the training site for procurement coordinators.
  • You will be responsible for implementing this project, building a platform and ensuring it meets the teams' expectations.
  • You will work closely with the Business Process Owner to update procurement process documentation.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent, in engineering, business, or a related university program
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles
  • Proficiency with office tools, notably G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
