About the role

  • Customer Support Agent at Vaudoise insurance handling client inquiries and administrative tasks. Collaborating with brokers and maintaining a structured, service-oriented approach in client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing quotes and handling all associated administrative tasks in the area of asset insurance
  • Settling claims within the authority of the general agency
  • Active collaboration with our field sales staff and brokers
  • Direct customer contact by phone and at reception

Requirements

  • Commercial qualification/apprenticeship in the insurance sector and experience in customer support
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Open, reliable and balanced personality
  • VBV certification an advantage
