Responsibilities
Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications
Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous manner
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels
Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Determine charges for product requests / usage
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies
Maintain customer pricing in systems of record
Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow
Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
Ability to demonstrate minimum 50 WPM typing speed
Experience as account representative; ERP, CRM, SAP systems (preferred)
Hospital or medical field experience; medical terminology (preferred)
