About the role

  • Conseiller/Conseillère aux Courtiers Entreprises involved in developing broker networks and providing technical support. Working with various stakeholders in the insurance domain while promoting company solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a network of brokers
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of brokers
  • Represent La Vaudoise with professional partners and at brokerage events
  • Promote our corporate insurance solutions to brokers
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) for a primarily corporate client base
  • Analyze complex files and propose differentiated solutions
  • Support broker advisors on complex cases and participate in client or broker visits
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas, concepts or commercial initiatives
  • Plan, organize and deliver trainings for brokers
  • Design and distribute product presentation materials
  • Support the organization of our Broker Info Days
  • Participate in drafting communications and executing events (webinars, workshops, Broker’s Program)
  • Contribute to the Broker News and promotional activities
  • Prepare and analyze dashboards to monitor performance of the corporate lines
  • Propose corrective measures if necessary and define key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with management units, underwriters and the Brokerage division
  • Take part in cross‑functional projects (e.g., continuous improvement, lean management, etc.)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the insurance sector (external sales, brokerage, corporate lines or a similar role)
  • Certified insurance specialist (federal certificate, federal diploma or equivalent)
  • AFA certification and/or FINMA registration is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate insurance and the Romandy market
  • Proactive, autonomous and highly responsible
  • Work with rigour and be comfortable with planning and analysis
  • Very sociable; naturally at ease with partners, clients and internal teams
  • Able to communicate clearly and logically, both in writing and verbally in French; knowledge of other national languages is a significant asset
  • Enjoy working in a team and able to share knowledge
  • Strong client- and solution-orientation, solid negotiation skills and a team spirit
