About the role

  • Advisor managing and developing insurance broker portfolios in Switzerland. Fostering partnerships and promoting comprehensive insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the insurance portfolio of assigned brokers
  • Promote our comprehensive/all-lines insurance solutions
  • Respond to requests for proposals (tenders) for a primarily corporate client base
  • Plan and organize trainings and/or events for brokers

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role and/or completed specialist insurance training (a federal diploma in private insurance or in financial planning is an asset; AFA certification is an advantage)
  • Proactive and works with precision and rigor
  • Highly organized and strong time-management skills
  • Outgoing and naturally comfortable with client and partner contacts
  • Fluency in French is required; knowledge of other national languages is an asset
  • Strong client- and solution-orientation, solid negotiation skills, and enjoys working in a team
