About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the insurance broker portfolios assigned to you
- Promote our all-lines insurance solutions
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) for a clientele primarily composed of corporate clients
- Plan and organize training sessions and/or events for brokers
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role and/or completed specialist insurance training (a federal diploma in private insurance or financial planning is an asset; AFA certification is a plus)
- Proactive and working with rigor and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Highly personable and naturally at ease when interacting with clients and/or partners
- Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of other national languages is an asset
- Strong client- and solution-orientation, proven negotiation skills, and a collaborative team spirit
