About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of all customer products across the Eurasia portfolio
- Establish and maintain strong program governance
- Provide a single, reliable source of truth for program status
- Drive NPI activities and programme ramp-up in close collaboration with Supply Chain
- Develop trusted, long-term technical relationships with customers
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation for a global, multi-site delivery organisation
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and on-time programmes
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in complex, global product development and delivery environments
- Proven track record of delivering multi-platform, multi-customer solutions
- Deep experience leading and integrating global R&D organisations
- Strong understanding of product development life-cycles, programme governance, risk management, and portfolio-level delivery management
- Experience driving effective transition from development into high-volume manufacturing
