Lead high-performing teams that partner with Vanguard Workplace clients to deliver seamless plan conversions, plan changes, and service enhancements.
Set the strategic direction and governance that enable expert consulting and end-to-end project leadership.
Anticipate client needs, mitigate operational risk, safeguard plan integrity, and deliver exceptional client outcomes at scale.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent by hiring, coaching, and evaluating leaders and teams.
Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and make compensation decisions.
Influence departmental direction through disciplined business planning, governance, and execution.
Drive measurable improvements in service, efficiency, and outcomes.
Manage budgets and resources to support business objectives.

Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (graduate degree or professional designation preferred)
Minimum eight years related work experience in Financial Services
Three years experience in client services preferred
Five years in a management role preferred
Ability to think strategically to shape multi-year direction aligned to strategic priorities
Masterfully delegates, develops talent, and drives engagement
Strong consulting and client relationship skills
Ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
Superior communication skills (verbal and written) as well as excellent negotiating, consulting, and interpersonal skills
