Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (graduate degree or professional designation preferred)
- Minimum eight years related work experience in Financial Services
- Three years experience in client services preferred
- Five years in a management role preferred
- Ability to think strategically to shape multi-year direction aligned to strategic priorities
- Masterfully delegates, develops talent, and drives engagement
- Strong consulting and client relationship skills
- Ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
