Responsibilities
- Establish the data foundation that will power FAS today and in the future
- Operationalize FAS’s domain-driven, enterprise-aligned data strategy
- Drive data-as-a-product principles
- Establish governance for trusted, governed, and AI-ready data products
- Develop a roadmap supporting real-time, analytics- and AI-ready data capabilities
- Implement governance policies, standards, and oversight across analytics and operational data
- Lead onboarding and harmonization of multiple external data packs
- Partner with FAS Technology to implement modern data patterns
Requirements
- 10+ years in data management leadership
- 5+ years in financial services
- Expertise in domain-driven design, data governance frameworks, and data-as-a-product operating models
- Experience integrating multiple third-party data sources and managing vendor governance
- Strong knowledge of metadata, lineage, data quality, and cataloging
- Familiarity with real-time data architectures and AI/analytics enablement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering or related field
- Preferred: Experience with advisor/intermediary distribution data and taxonomies
- Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications (CDMP, DAMA, cloud)
- Preferred: Exposure to hyper-personalization, agentic AI architectures, and operational analytics use cases
