- Finance & Controlling Manager overseeing financial reporting and performance strategies at BARFER’S, a leader in pet nutrition with consistent growth.
Responsibilities
- Ownership unseres Finance- und Performance-Reportings sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer KPI-Struktur
- Erstellung von Cashflow-Forecasts und Liquiditätsplanungen sowie Unterstützung bei Finanzierungen, Förderprogrammen und Finanzsimulationen
- Monatliches Performance Reporting inklusive Analyse der wichtigsten Geschäftskennzahlen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Forecasting und Budgetplanung (Forecast & Budget) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Business Partnering mit unseren Bereichsleiter:innen – Analyse von Performance, Identifikation von Potenzialen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen
- Erstellung von Business Cases, Investitionsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Tools und Datenstrukturen, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen im Unternehmen weiter zu stärken
- Unterstützung beim Monatsreporting sowie vorbereitenden Arbeiten für Jahresabschlüsse
Requirements
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Umfeld (z. B. Consulting, Corporate Finance, Start-up / Scale-up)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten
- Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hands-on-Mentalität und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse größerer Datensätze
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools oder Reporting-Systemen ist ein Plus
