About the role

• Digital Project Manager managing complex web and IT infrastructure projects for clients in various sectors. Collaborating with teams and ensuring project success from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, management and coordination of web development projects with a client focus in the energy, industrial, public sector and healthcare domains
• Structured requirements management and development of recommendations for technical solution approaches
• Use and further development of our internal AI tools to produce technical concepts and project documentation
• Expert maintenance and support of our content management systems, particularly the current version of TYPO3
• Responsibility for technical project delivery within time and budget constraints, including continuous quality assurance
• Coordination and close collaboration with our teams (web development, design, content) as well as clients and partner agencies to ensure a shared understanding of processes and objectives
• Clear communication of complex technical information to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
• Ensuring accurate and reliable reporting and forecasting data in close coordination with Finance

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or business-related field, IT vocational training, or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical understanding, particularly of content management systems (primarily TYPO3; knowledge of Contao, IBEXA and/or WordPress is desirable)
• Proven experience in technical requirements management and in creating technical specifications
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable digital/technical project management role
• Strong expertise in managing and implementing technically complex web projects such as relaunches and platform developments
• Understanding of development processes and tools, web technologies (PHP, Symfony, API architectures, DevOps) and content management systems
• High affinity for and good knowledge of current internet technologies and AI-powered tools
• Experience with agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable
