Responsibilities
- Own delivery oversight for client engagements in France.
- Ensure Statements of Work are clear, well-scoped, and aligned with our standards.
- Support Project Managers with staffing, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Step in to manage key projects when needed.
- Act as the main escalation point for clients and help secure smooth engagement execution.
- Partner with Sales in France and EMEA as a Subject Matter Expert to shape and secure deals.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all projects.
- Monitor feedback and lead improvement initiatives to boost Client Net Score.
- Manage a team of Project Managers, set clear goals, and coach them to success.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development.
- Apply and uphold EMEA delivery standards and frameworks.
- Monitor project financials, resource forecasts, and margin performance.
Requirements
- Experience in project or delivery management within Professional Services or tech environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery excellence.
- Comfort working in an international, fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
