Responsibilities
Own delivery oversight for client engagements in France.
Ensure Statements of Work are clear, well-scoped, and aligned with our standards.
Support Project Managers with staffing, resource allocation, and risk management.
Step in to manage key projects when needed.
Act as the main escalation point for clients and help secure smooth engagement execution.
Partner with Sales in France and EMEA as a Subject Matter Expert to shape and secure deals.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all projects.
Monitor feedback and lead improvement initiatives to boost Client Net Score.
Manage a team of Project Managers, set clear goals, and coach them to success.
Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development.
Apply and uphold EMEA delivery standards and frameworks.
Monitor project financials, resource forecasts, and margin performance.
Requirements
Experience in project or delivery management within Professional Services or tech environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery excellence.
Comfort working in an international, fast-moving environment.
Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
