About the role

• Senior Software Engineer designing complex Oracle PL/SQL for Procode's data solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, mentoring peers while delivering robust database solutions.

Responsibilities

• Joining a cross functional product team, working in a fast-paced environment.
• Delivering the data requirements to support the smooth running of our products and services.
• Design and build complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures that drive new APIs.
• Transforming requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Working with existing data structures to deliver robust, high-performing database solutions.
• Participating in regular sprints and ceremonies.
• Mentoring and coaching fellow engineers.

Requirements

• Proven, in-depth commercial experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Unit testing.
• Git and Toad.
• Experience with the extract, transform, load (ETL) function for processing data and preparing reports.
• Ability to work with and bring on your peers and colleagues.
• Python knowledge to design and deliver robust, high-performing APIs that seamlessly connect systems.
