About the role

  • Community & Social Executive managing Huda Beauty’s social media and online community engagement. Responsible for social publishing, community engagement, and supporting high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand’s voice and engage with our audience across owned and earned social media, forums, and other digital platforms in a timely and authentic manner. Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and planning tools to manage content calendars and daily posting while working closely with the scheduling and planning team.
  • Strong understanding of content formats, layouts and platform specific requirements across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and passionate community members to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Track community sentiment, trends, and feedback, providing actionable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement in product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer experience. Escalate customer or brand facing issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in executing community-driven campaigns, giveaways, and exclusive brand activations, ensuring high engagement and participation.
  • Monitor and moderate both brand owned non owned spaces and share regular social listening reports.
  • Support event activations, pop-ups, and other in-person opportunities to connect with our community in meaningful ways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Passion for beauty and strong knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an engaging and brand-appropriate tone.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate community insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and brand advocacy programs is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
