About the role

  • QA/QC Analyst ensuring accuracy and integrity of client onboarding and transaction setup for Global Corporate Trust services. Collaborating with multiple business lines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Timely & accurate completion of account/deal reviews
  • Identify & escalate review issues/exceptions promptly
  • Manage account/deal review exceptions
  • Review and validation of tax documentation
  • Support quarterly BL QA Testing
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. Bank Code of Ethics, AML, BSA, and information security requirements

Requirements

  • Familiarity with GCT EU business (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Logical, analytical thinker with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Effective communicator with the ability to listen and resolve issues
  • Understanding of operational risk principles and mitigation practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
