Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize processes for lockbox and related operations as new clients are onboarded
- Oversee vendor relationships
- Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to support onboarding of new government work

- Build reporting and tracking for vendor and internal services, depending on skill set
- Interact with internal teams and external clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Extensive knowledge of assigned project area
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in Treasury, Fiscal Service, or other government agencies
- Program management experience is a plus
- Ability to work in an unstructured, evolving environment and help establish new processes
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Technical aptitude for understanding and improving operational applications
