Responsibilities
- Serves as a SME for business topics for multiple technical delivery functions
- Employs creativity, ingenuity, and innovation in the search for technology solutions designed to support analysis and business need
- Leads analysis and verification of technical requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformance to standards
- Leads traceability of approved and base lined artifacts through the software development life cycle to include specifications, design, development, testing, implementation and defect prioritization
- Provides guidance and review of test artifacts to ensure coverage of testable requirements
- Provides certification and actively participates in defect management activities to confirm requirements are being met
- Provides guidance through knowledge of system design and software development concepts
- Uses modeling techniques (e.g. UML) and use case development experience with one or more software development frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Analytical and reporting knowledge in ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting skills with assigned Tickets
- Vulnerability program execution, delivery, Risk and Compliance procedures and standards
- Waterfall and Agile working knowledge of rating and pricing models, rate order configuration and business rules
- Proficiency in MS Office, JWM, JIRA, Python, Postman, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, GitLab, Control-M, Guidewire Policy Center
