About the role

Responsibilities
- design scalable IT system infrastructure and implement system changes
- automate service delivery, maintenance tasks, and builds the ecosystem for solutions including individual infrastructure components
- resolve simple technology production issues through troubleshooting systems
- identify issues for escalation
- analyze outages to identify opportunities for solutions
- interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
- develop software defined infrastructure in code in CI/CD Pipelines
- ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum requirement can be used in lieu of a degree OR Approved certification from CodeUp, Galvanize, VetFIT (Veterans for IT) or eFIT (Employees for IT)
- 2 years of infrastructure experience specific to a discipline/technology or applicable IT experience such as IT Management, Software Development, Data Engineering, and Agile Product/Release Management
- 1 year of experience in creating, modifying, and maintaining infrastructure and individual system components
- Developing level of business acumen in the areas of business operations, risk management, industry practices and emerging trends
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools
