About the role

  • Liability Claims Examiner providing quality claims service for Lloyd’s of London. Examine claims, direct adjusters, and liaise with stakeholders in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an examiner for various Lloyds accounts
  • Provide prompt, fair, quality claims service to clients
  • Examine complex liability claims
  • Direct Field Adjusters on assignment investigations
  • Settle claims directly with claimants or their representatives
  • Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client's needs are met

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience delivering relevant claims adjusting and/or examining work
  • Your completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation
  • Your ability to hold an independent adjusting license
  • Strong technical skills, planning and organizing abilities
  • Attention to detail and professional communication
  • Ability to direct adjusters of all levels
  • Experience positively contributing to a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional computer skills, proficient in MS Office
