About the role
- Liability Claims Examiner providing quality claims service for Lloyd’s of London. Examine claims, direct adjusters, and liaise with stakeholders in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as an examiner for various Lloyds accounts
- Provide prompt, fair, quality claims service to clients
- Examine complex liability claims
- Direct Field Adjusters on assignment investigations
- Settle claims directly with claimants or their representatives
- Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client's needs are met
Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience delivering relevant claims adjusting and/or examining work
- Your completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation
- Your ability to hold an independent adjusting license
- Strong technical skills, planning and organizing abilities
- Attention to detail and professional communication
- Ability to direct adjusters of all levels
- Experience positively contributing to a high-performing team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional computer skills, proficient in MS Office
