Sales Education Trainer developing training strategies for URGO’s sales team in modern wound care solutions. Coaching field staff, analyzing performance, and steering training programs.
Responsibilities
Design the training strategy for the entire sales organization in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Governmental Affairs and HR.
Develop persuasive sales pitches in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical).
Coach and support field-based staff across Germany.
Create individualized learning and development plans together with field managers and HR.
Responsible for the design, management and continuous improvement of all training initiatives to sustainably increase sales performance.
Analyze KPIs and sales data and develop training-based measures.
Plan and implement the onboarding process for new employees and monitor the learning progress of new hires.
Responsible for planning and adherence to the training budget.
Implement the “Train the Trainer” concept and ensure the professional delivery of all training sessions.
Requirements
Relevant qualification or background in training, coaching or education.
Good understanding of the German healthcare system and knowledge of its structures and processes.
Several years of experience in educational work, training or adult education.
Fluent in German and good command of English.
Strong cost- and results-awareness with the ability to combine efficiency and impact.
Proficiency in modern leadership and management methods and their targeted application.
Strong networking and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel and flexibility for cross-site collaboration.
Knowledge of personnel and talent development methods.
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to implement projects in a focused and execution-oriented manner.
Experience in coaching and training — 1:1, team-based and in developing new training concepts.
Solid project management skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
