About the role

  • Sales Manager at AEG Power Solutions responsible for selling products and services while achieving sales targets. Building strong customer relationships and managing assigned customer groups.

Responsibilities

  • You will be selling AEGPS products and solutions resulting in direct revenue for the company and sustainable customer satisfaction.
  • Sell products, solutions, and services to assigned customers to realize the sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand good relationships with existing and/or new customers.
  • Manage the assigned customer group to develop and maintain a customer sales plan.
  • Identify and develop potential customers into new customers.
  • Deliver complete information to the FAE to enable them to prepare quotes for customer orders.
  • Report forecast, orders, and sales monthly according to the sales reporting system.
  • Monitor the A/R process for assigned customers, ensuring payments are received according to contract.
  • Monitor market and customer developments, making this information available in the customer database to relevant other functions.
  • Be the interface between customer and relevant functions within the company.
  • Develop and maintain good internal working relationships with FAE, Service, Business Managers, Product Managers, sales support, etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of commercial / sales experience within a relevant industry.
  • Good knowledge of AEG PS products.
  • Good knowledge of assigned markets and customers.
  • Good knowledge of system selling.
  • Understanding of commercial / contract law.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent in building and maintaining long term relationships.
