About the role

  • Store Manager responsible for driving sales and delivering engaging customer experiences at Urban Outfitters. Leading team development and maintaining operational excellence in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values
  • Lead and support the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences
  • Build a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team
  • Provide timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
  • Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate
  • Oversee and collaborate with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures
  • Assess global business and product sell-through to identify business success and opportunities for the store
  • Promote an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices

Requirements

  • 5+ years store leadership experience
  • Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
  • Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
  • Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
