Responsibilities
Serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, championing a premier customer experience and ensuring brand values are reflected in every touchpoint

Proactively manage and closely monitor all controllable expenses and implement strategic initiatives to minimize waste while identifying new revenue streams.
Develop and monitor all food and beverage offerings to ensure peak quality and unwavering brand alignment
Ensure a pristine and safe environment by overseeing routine maintenance schedules and timely facility repairs.
Coordinate with contracted vendors to ensure that the terms of contracts are being met; be a strong communicator with internal teams based on needs
Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures, including cash handling, reporting and dress codes
Uphold the highest standards for sanitation and safety, ensuring the team exceeds all regulatory and company requirements
Drive financial business goals with purposeful contributions to programs that build sales, maximize profitability, grow concept and serve customer needs; track metrics of programs
Foster a positive work environment by cultivating an inclusive, high-energy work environment that prioritizes employee engagement and team morale
Mentor and develop junior management, ensuring their mastery of operational systems and the holistic growth of their leadership and hospitality skills
Provide a strong line of communication to the full team, keeping them abreast of upcoming initiatives, important dates, current priorities, and circulation of feedback
Oversee the talent acquisition process, to ensure a best in class roster
Champion a culture of transparency and continuous improvement by providing candid, actionable feedback and actively soliciting upward communication from the team
Requirements
5-8 years restaurant experience
2 years management experience, in a General Manager role
Experience opening new restaurant location
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend and stoop
