Responsibilities
You independently define the test strategy within the agile process model and document a standardized approach to testing, including the definition of test levels (e.g., unit, integration, system and acceptance tests).
By creating guidelines and standards for the planning, execution and documentation of tests you establish the requirements for test execution. You support teams with training and coaching.
You ensure compliance with testing requirements and quality standards through regular reviews and audits.
You work closely with stakeholders from development, project management and the customer environment to understand their needs.
You capture user requirements and involve other Atruvia tribes to jointly design solutions for our customers and to ensure smooth integration of testing processes.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) computer science and have many years of relevant professional experience in modern software development, ideally in testing environments, or possess a comparable qualification.
In addition, you have solid knowledge of test methods, test levels and test management processes (e.g., ISTQB certification).
You have experience developing test strategies and concepts as well as working with agile methods and DevOps processes.
Knowledge of test automation and common tools is an advantage.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You are highly team-oriented and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
