Associate Consultant for Microsoft Security focused on supporting the delivery of security solutions. Collaborate with experienced consultants and learn in a remote-first environment with occasional onsite work.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of Microsoft security, compliance, identity, and endpoint management solutions under guidance from senior consultants.
Assist with customer engagements, including discovery sessions, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation.
Contribute to security reviews, basic assessments, and gap analyses.
Help prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and technical notes.
Learn to evaluate and advise on Microsoft security tools, gradually taking on more client-facing work as you develop.
Collaborate with your colleagues on internal projects, tooling, service improvements, and knowledge sharing.
You will not be expected to lead engagements immediately, but we will coach you toward that during the introductory period.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in a technical or IT role (helpdesk, support, systems admin, cloud, networking, or security).
A solid understanding, or hands on familiarity, with some Microsoft technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working directly with people.
A genuine interest in cybersecurity, a willingness to continuously learn, ambitions to contribute to the cybersecurity community and our company’s growth, and an incredible degree of agency and enthusiasm.
Great organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.
Certifications would be a bonus, including: SC900 AZ900, SC300, or SC200 Or any progress toward Microsoft cybersecurity certifications.
