Responsibilities
Independent project management and client advisory for private residential and office projects
Concept development and implementation planning for interiors, layouts and furnishings
Budget, timeline and quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle
Coordination with specialist planners, authorities, contractors and craftsmen
Supervising implementation until project completion and warranty follow-ups
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, supplier network and product selection
Supporting Upscale’s growth through market insights and client feedback
Requirements
Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture (BSc/MSc or equivalent FH/ETH/TU/USI)
Alternatively: qualified architectural drafter (Hochbauzeichner/in) with strong interior design experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential); Nano Banana Pro
Familiarity with leading European furniture brands, manufacturers and designers for residential and/or office environments
Experience in construction supervision or interior fit-out execution
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
Motivated, resilient and structured with a strong attention to detail
Languages: Fluent French (essential); English or German for collaboration with the Zurich team; Italian is a plus
Valid Swiss work permit (B or C)
