About the role
- Product Owner for autonomous driving systems at Caterpillar, overseeing planning and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for defining system capabilities and managing project risks.
Responsibilities

- 管理需求优先级,保证系统的安全、性能、成本、以及快速交付
- 定义无人驾驶系统的功能边界与关键能力指标(KPI )
- 与架构、算法、整车、软件、验证团队协作,确保产品定义可实现、可验证、可交付
- 作为产品 Owner ,推动研发、测试、验证、交付、运营等多团队协作
- 参与 NPI / 量产导入 / 现场试点项目,跟踪关键里程碑与风险
- 支持产品定价、商业模式设计及客户方案输出
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,车辆工程、自动化、计算机、电子信息等相关专业
- 8 年及以上 产品管理或系统工程相关经验,其中至少 4 年无人驾驶 / 智能车辆 / 工程机械 / 商用车 经验
- 熟悉无人驾驶系统基本架构:感知、定位、规划、控制、调度、车云系统
- 核心能力:能进行系统级思考,理解复杂系统的集成与取舍
- 具备良好的需求分析、文档输出与跨团队沟通能力
- 对安全、可靠性、验证流程有基本认知(如测试、仿真、现场验证)
