About the role

  • National Account Executive developing relationships with large national Small Package accounts in Italy. Achieving growth through strategic planning and collaboration with diverse business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key national accounts
  • Analyze customer’s business needs and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability
  • Design and implement strategic account plans
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure sustainable margins
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-volume solutions
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • University degree/diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as Account Executive within UPS
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of core business processes
  • In-depth knowledge of company services and competitive offerings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Proactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across Italy
