Requirements
University degree/diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as Account Executive within UPS
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of core business processes
In-depth knowledge of company services and competitive offerings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
Proactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across Italy
