Senior IT Service Owner managing IT services in the Finance and Treasury domain for UPM. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance IT service delivery and support digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
Take end-to-end accountability for IT service delivery within your area and act as a single point of contact across the service lifecycle collaborating with UPM IT, Finance & Treasury and suppliers
Partner with business stakeholders in identifying appropriate solutions and process improvements
Manage development portfolio, contribute to projects and ensure a smooth transition from project to operational support
Maintain open dialogue with business stakeholders and promote effective IT service utilization in the business organization
Provide clear service expectations and ensure proper prioritization towards enabling IT services and suppliers in UPM IT Ecosystem
Collaborate with solution architects in creating technical roadmaps and ensuring solution and process alignment with UPM IT’s long-term solution strategy
Manage cost efficiency for own area IT services, including development budgeting and actuals follow-up in collaboration with business stakeholders
Ensure compliance and be accountable for IT service documentation.
Requirements
You hold an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Information Systems Management or equivalent degree and minimum five years’ relevant work experience
You have profound knowledge of Finance and Treasury processes and wide experience of solutions relying on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC technologies in a highly integrated Finance and Treasury ecosystem
You are familiar with working effectively in a global environment and capable to understand complex cross-business requirements
You have experience in managing IT developments with external partners and you have an ability to hold IT Lead type of coordination responsibility in projects with excellent business value consciousness
You are proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn and accountable individual with excellent collaboration and influencing skills
You bring an innovative and forward-looking mindset and can demonstrate how modern technology enables business process digitalization
You have good knowledge of IT processes and are preferably ITIL certified.
You are familiar with IT controls
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
