About the role
- Senior Azure M365 Administrator responsible for managing Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for BLUME2000. Focus on cloud optimization, network stability, and strategic IT development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Azure and Microsoft 365 environment
- Ensure network and system stability, including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Plan and implement cloud strategies and migrations of on-premises systems to Azure
- Operate and further develop Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with session host management and FSLogix profiles
- Implement security policies and compliance requirements in the cloud environment
- Administer hybrid network architectures with VPN gateway integration and Azure Virtual Networks
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategically advance the IT infrastructure
- Document processes and create technical concepts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience administering Azure and networks
- Strong knowledge of: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online
- Network architectures (VPN, firewalls, routing)
- Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune and endpoint management
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience planning and executing infrastructure projects
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop long-term IT concepts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- German language skills: C1
- Nice to have: certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Experience with hybrid environments and identity management
- Knowledge of Azure Storage (File Shares, Cloud Cache) and VM management
- Knowledge of security & compliance as well as backup and recovery solutions.
