- Arrange payment of benefits to policyholders or healthcare providers
- Maintain regular communication with policyholders and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, Social Insurance Clerk, or as a Medical or Dental Assistant
- Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
- Customer-focused working style
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident use of IT systems and willingness to familiarize yourself with our software and programs
