About the role

Responsibilities

  • Clarify and resolve reimbursement claims from our policyholders
  • Review claims documentation and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact
  • Request and verify documents when clarifications are needed
  • Arrange payment of benefits to policyholders or healthcare providers
  • Maintain regular communication with policyholders and healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, Social Insurance Clerk, or as a Medical or Dental Assistant
  • Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
  • Customer-focused working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident use of IT systems and willingness to familiarize yourself with our software and programs
