Responsibilities
Clarify and resolve reimbursement claims from our policyholders
Review claims documentation and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact
Request and verify documents when clarifications are needed
Arrange payment of benefits to policyholders or healthcare providers
Maintain regular communication with policyholders and healthcare providers
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk, Social Insurance Clerk, or as a Medical or Dental Assistant
Interest in medical topics and basic knowledge of private and statutory health insurance are advantageous
Customer-focused working style
Excellent communication skills
Confident use of IT systems and willingness to familiarize yourself with our software and programs
