Responsibilities
You report directly to the Executive Board and lead the managers and staff of the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas as well as the department-internal project management
You shape a modern leadership culture, apply agile working methods where appropriate, and promote a culture of collaborative, peer-level cooperation and continuous learning
Together with your team, you analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and quality
You ensure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and accurately and work on measures to improve customer satisfaction
You further develop the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas in coordination with the Executive Board
You ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements and implement improvement measures where necessary
You prepare regular reports and analyses for the Executive Board and other relevant stakeholders
You maintain and expand internal and external networks to promote knowledge exchange and collaboration
You identify conflicts at an early stage and develop solution strategies to ensure a harmonious working environment
You foster an open feedback culture and are able to give and receive constructive feedback
In your decisions you always consider the company’s overarching goals and strategies and work closely with other departments
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in leading managers and teams
Solid knowledge of private health insurance is desirable
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees, customers, and sales partners
Ability to manage conflicts constructively and in a solution-oriented manner
Ability to build and expand internal and external networks
Ability to adopt a company-wide perspective and make decisions aligned with corporate objectives
Confident user of common Office applications
