About the role

  • Leiter Krankenversicherung leading teams in claims and contract processes. Focused on improving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance while fostering a modern leadership culture.

Responsibilities

  • You report directly to the Executive Board and lead the managers and staff of the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas as well as the department-internal project management
  • You shape a modern leadership culture, apply agile working methods where appropriate, and promote a culture of collaborative, peer-level cooperation and continuous learning
  • Together with your team, you analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • You ensure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and accurately and work on measures to improve customer satisfaction
  • You further develop the Health Insurance Applications/Contracts areas in coordination with the Executive Board
  • You ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements and implement improvement measures where necessary
  • You prepare regular reports and analyses for the Executive Board and other relevant stakeholders
  • You maintain and expand internal and external networks to promote knowledge exchange and collaboration
  • You identify conflicts at an early stage and develop solution strategies to ensure a harmonious working environment
  • You foster an open feedback culture and are able to give and receive constructive feedback
  • In your decisions you always consider the company’s overarching goals and strategies and work closely with other departments

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in leading managers and teams
  • Solid knowledge of private health insurance is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees, customers, and sales partners
  • Ability to manage conflicts constructively and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Ability to build and expand internal and external networks
  • Ability to adopt a company-wide perspective and make decisions aligned with corporate objectives
  • Confident user of common Office applications
