About the role
- Finance Analyst supporting strategic clients in the accounts payable team. Responsible for financial document issuance and payment reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Active collections for the company's strategic clients
- Monitoring and control of customer delinquencies; meetings with commercial teams to provide visibility and support for collections
- Preparation and maintenance of reports relevant to the department
- Issuance, sending and control of invoices, boletos (payment slips) and other billing documents
- Analyze and reconcile payments posted in the system, ensuring accuracy of records
- Support activities related to discounts, extensions and client agreements
- Support the accounts receivable team with month-end closing activities
- Respond to internal service requests and assist customers with inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Liaise with partner departments to resolve outstanding issues and improve processes
- Prepare and present key performance indicators to management, identifying opportunities and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in Treasury
- Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
