About the role
- Analyst role at Unimed Nacional focusing on contract management and performance data analysis. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic link between Procurement and internal client areas, responsible for monitoring, measuring and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions agreed in supply contracts.
- Ensure accurate measurement of performance and identify strategic opportunities for cost savings and optimization through data intelligence.
- Dashboard Development: Create, maintain and enhance management dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, focused on procurement/contract performance and strategic indicators.
- Data Modeling: Structure and maintain the integrity of procurement data (ERP, contracts, purchase orders, payments) to ensure the accuracy of analyses and reports.
- Insight Generation: Analyze KPI results, identify deviations, bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Manage contract expiry calendars, price adjustments and automatic renewals, issuing proactive alerts to Procurement; act as a focal point in mediating contract performance issues, providing data and evidence to Procurement and Legal in cases of disputes or terminations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba; familiarity with MV, Bionexxo and Tazy systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI or another BI tool is desirable).
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data.
- Exceptional attention to detail: essential for thorough document review.
