Responsibilities
- Monitor the vehicle demobilization process, including returns through the inspection system;
- Track vehicles at workshops, ensuring they are properly prepared for sale;
- Open and follow up on service tickets in the system;
- Maintain contact with workshops to ensure completion of services within deadlines;
- Make adjustments and update vehicle statuses in the system;
- Control and record movements of vehicles intended for sale;
- Monitor the arrival of vehicles at the wholesale yard and maintain a relationship with the pre-owned vehicles team, providing support for vehicle-related requests.
Requirements
- Higher education in progress or completed;
- Intermediate Excel is required;
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;
